This Is Not a Public Programme

This is not a public programme with open enrollment. Princess Barr. Lulu Njoko's mentorship is deeply personal — extended privately to young women she has identified, been introduced to, or who have applied and been carefully selected.

Each mentee receives direct access, genuine investment, and the benefit of years of experience across law, business, and philanthropy. The mentorship covers identity, purpose, career direction, and personal development — tailored entirely to each individual.

If you feel led to apply, you are welcome to submit your details below. Applications are reviewed personally by Barr. Lulu, and only those who are a strong fit for this season will be contacted. Not everyone who applies will be accepted — and that is intentional.
